Great location, free parking, good breakfast.

On arrival, we were told that we were upgraded to a better room but that room was up a large amount of stairs. The view was incredible from the room and if we didn't have a lot of luggage it might have been OK but I think we would have preferred a lower floor. It was relatively expensive, compared to all the other accommodation on our 2 week trip around Devon and Cornwall but perhaps Falmouth is just expensive.

Firstly the location, stunning! So close to the ocean beach and only a short and interesting walk to the town. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent and held in a lovely room. Car parking was a welcome relief, so well organised. Train station was only a short walk if needed. I absolutely love this hotel and am already planning another trip back . This is the standard that hotels should be at. No fuss, just good hospitality. Thank you. Paul B
