We got amazing recommendations and were always treated with great care and attention. There’s an amazing homely atmosphere in the hotel.

Location to the main pedestrian area was great. Staff was SO kind. View of Mt. Etna was lovely.

Very quaint, dated, uncomfortable furnishings and decor; felt like I was staying in a kids haphazard bedroom who painted the walls with glitter. Bathroom was hard to even walk in and out of and the shower door was really hard to open and turn on water without getting wet immediately. Not convenient for any type of luggage as there are loads of stairs and hardly any space. Needs some serious updating and de-cluttering. Not a good spot for a quiet night as it is NOT soundproof and there was a very loud party or something right outside til all hours of the morning.

It was very close to the center of the city easy access to get to everything. Josephine was absolutely wonderful. She went Above And Beyond she answered all of our questions was and she was very knowledgeable about the area. We just had a wonderful wonderful stay.

Josephine was a gem! We felt very welcomed and she helped us with restaurant and activity recommendations. She was so kind and sweet! The room was cozy and comfortable with amazing double views of Etna and the sea. There was a heat/AC unit and you could open the windows/balcony doors for fresh air and views. Amazing location near a convenient parking garage if you have a car.

Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist großartig. Unser Zimmer hatte zwei Fenster, eines mit Blick aufs Meer und eines mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Ätna. Die Besitzerin ist reizend und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Sie hat prima Tipps für Lokale und Highlights.

Am Samstagabend war es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut, weil am Platz vor dem Hotel eine Bar, die draußen laut Musik spielt, liegt.
