COCKROACH!!! Sheets dirty, the building is due for big renovation, a lot of noises at night but understandable because of the position very close to the metro station

COCKROACH!!!! sheet were dirty at our second stay there. Rooms in the halls 110 and more are old, scary, unclean and are not in a good state. But it is very well placed. 6 minutes of walking to get to the metro station, a lot of coffee shops close

A key from front door was not offered. Door is locked from 1am until 9am. I went out for breakfast and was unable to get back into the residencial. This key should be offered to all customers

Couldn’t sleep the first night as the mattress was so hard and lumpy but no problem with being moved the next day and bed was fine. First room was depressingly dark and dingy 2nd was a lot better. Stayed here 6 years ago and nothing has been done to the place in that time. However location is brilliant so really you get what you pay for.

Recepcionista simpático, tudo muito velho e mal conservado, quarto cheirava mal, limpeza duvidosa, porta para a rua não fechava, não havia água quente

A pesar de los comentarios negativos que he leido a mi me ha parecido un hotel agradable y económico. Hay que tener paciencia con el WiFi y con el agua caliente.
