"Perfect, peace and quiet."

Lovely and quiet location, all you could hear was the birds singing. The balcony was an added bonus and a little sun trap too. The host was wonderful. Breakfast was perfect, what ever we wanted. Definitely recommend this place. It's a gem.

"OK but our room way to small."

We did not eat breakfast there as it was 12 pounds extra each. The room was clean and modern. The host was friendly,

The room was so tiny as to be a joke. We did not have room to spread out our suit cases without stepping over them. There was no room for a normal TV so he put on that swung down from the ceiling over the foot of the bed. It had a balcony (fire escape) with a table we eat on but it was far too cold and windy to use. The stairs up to the room were the steepest we have run into anywhere - they would not meet code in the USA. Some of the other rooms may have been larger and more satisfactory - we can only judge on the one we occupied.
