Posizione perfetta con parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento molto conveniente e vicino alla struttura che comunque offre anche parcheggio nella corte interna a pagamento. Il viale porta direttamente in centro agevolmente.

Buona la posizione 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città .La posizione vicina alla stazione ferroviaria è comoda per chi arriva in treno, ha parcheggio interno per chi invece giunge con automobile.
