Nothing much. We were waiting to checkout , got to stay because it's booked

Reception not responsive. Did not provide towels apart from the pair given first day for family of 3.towels old and torn.Rooms were very small for the amount we paid. Water clogging in bathrooms which was attended after repeated follow ups

24 hrs reception..sort of (Man asleep at night with room keys on counter ..) Smoking area in lobby Elevator/lifts

Old locks on room door.. Hard to open sometimes. Old sagging bed spring coil mattress.. Single bed sheet only.. too cold not warm comfort
