Schöne Lage, eigentlich schönes Gebäude, Bett gut, Wasserqualität/Dusche sehr gut, Frühstücksbuffet gut bis sehr gut. Durchwegs sehr freundliches, unkompliziertes, hilfsbereites Personal

Marodes Infrastruktur, dringender Sanierungbedarf drinnen und Umgebung, geschätzt Millionen(Aussentreppe einsturzgefährdet, im Chalet-Treppenhaus fällt der Deckenverputz herunter, Klimaanlagen defekt; schrecklich geschmacklose Einrichtung so à la zufälliger Brockenhaus-Mischmasch, etc).

This is my favorite hotel in Switzerland. Every time I stay here, I have a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast is very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, this hotel offers everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely return again.

For me, it’s all about the stunning views from the balcony. Plus, the staff are really friendly and accommodating.

The place looks a little tired, a bit shabby here and there. Then you step out onto the balcony, and all is forgotten.

Die Aussicht

Bei Ankunft musste ich Zimmer 26 zuerst mal Lüften , weil es so gestunken hat .Der Safe ist defekt. Im Badezimmer, der Duschvorhang ist nicht richtig befestigt. Keine Ablageplatz da der Föhn so doof platziert ist das man den Spiegelkasten nicht benutzen kann .Die Parkplatz Verhältnisse , wer spät ankommt hat kein Parkplatz . Am Morgen keine Chance schwimmen zu gehen , da Gartenarbeiten rund um den Pool gemacht werden . Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich
