Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände im Zimmer defekt (Fön, Beleuchtung Kosmetikspiegel). Wurst und Käse morgens beim Buffet waren nicht frisch.

"Für Biker und Skifahrer ein Traum! Gästebetreuung 1 mit Stern"

Diese Leute wissen, wie Kundenservice geht! Wir fühlten uns SO sehr willkommen, das haben wir noch in keinem anderen Hotel in Österreich erlebt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet mit riesengroßen Fenstern und Bergblick. Lichtgestaltung ein Traum, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Buffet und Gastroservice reichlich und qualitativ hochwertig.

Muss mich leider den Vorrednern anschließen, dass der Wellnessbereich einfach dürftig ist. Ja, es ist alles da (Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad etc.) aber die Räumlichkeiten sind viel zu klein für die Größe des Hotels. Man findet ganz ganz selten noch eine freie Liege und es gehört dringend ein abgetrennter Ruheraum her.
