Sehr gutes Essen und tolle Bedienung. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist locker aber auch zugleich professionell. Herzlichen Dank an die Küche, die eine wunderbare Leistung leistet.

Wellness war toll und die Lange ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Hotel pôsobí na úrovni, personál bol príjemný a ochotný. Oceňujem wellness zázemie a celkovo dobrú polohu hotela. Pobyt bol príjemný a služby zodpovedali očakávaniam.

Čistota izby bola iba priemerná. Najväčším problémom bolo, že na izbe bolo cítiť cigaretový dym, hoci hotel je nefajčiarsky. To negatívne ovplyvnilo komfort pobytu.

Freundliches Personal, gutes à la carte Restaurant, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und komfortablem Bett.

Einrichtung teilweise etwas angejahrt, Fitness (welches auf Website und anderswo beworben wurden) gibt es nicht mehr. Restaurant nicht immer in Betrieb, teilweise nur Buffet-Restaurant, was nicht deutlich kommuniziert wurde.

כרגיל מלון שיש בו הכל ( חוץ מחדר כושר) ארוחות הבוקר נהדרות מלון שמתאים גם למשפחות כי הוא קרוב לאקסקליבר סיטי שיש שם מתקנים לילדים במיתחם יש גם אאוטלט חמוד והכי חשוב השקט שבמקום נותן שלווה כמובן הקרבה לגבול האוסטרי כ 500 מטר מהגבול שעה נסיעה מוינה בונוס למי שאוהב להמר יש גם קזינו גדול עם הרבה מכונות והרבה שולחנות וגם טורנירי פוקר לאוהבים בקיצור באמת מלון שיש בו הכל

אחרי הכרות קצרה אין מה לא לאהוב אולי רק אם הצוות היה משפר את האנגלית שלו
