Loved our 4 night stay in the penthouse on 5th floor with large terrace. So clean, spacious and well equiped. Firm, comfortable bed, big bathroom and the quietest ever air conditioning ( could leave it on all night) Housekeeping done after 2 days. Extra coffee pods, water, dishwasher tabs, shower cap etc available at reception, just ask for what you need. Staff so pleasant, welcoming and helpful.( Advice re restaurants etc) Great location, so close to metro for airport, grocery shops and 10 min walk to Old City tourist centre. Lovely to return to peace & quiet & cool luxury. Top class accommodation, totally recommend Parker the Urban Flats.

Great location- just 10 minutes walk to old city. Staff super friendly and helpful. Large well equipped room - complete with fridge and coffee machine. Coffee pods replenished upon request. Very comfortable bed and air conditioning worked well.

Room could have been better designed. Space between bed and closet was super small. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well but this was reported upon check out so hopefully was rectified before next guests arrived. Parking could be challenging if you have a mid sized SUV and are not very skilled.

The apartment was very spacious, well equipped, clean and modern (very happy)! The staff on reception were absolutely amazing, they were professional, helpful and friendly. Would definitely return and 100% recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our flat was spotless clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay including baby’s chair and tub. Everything was in great condition and the location of the property was very good - close to metro and to the old city. We were truly impressed by the hospitality and recommend this property for families.
