Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questo hotel-appartamento a Valencia con il nostro bambino di 2 anni, ed è stata un’esperienza davvero perfetta sotto ogni aspetto. La struttura è accogliente, moderna e curata nei minimi dettagli, ideale per chi viaggia in famiglia. L’appartamento era spazioso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari: cucina ben attrezzata, letto comodissimo e ambienti silenziosi. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la presenza di servizi family-friendly, come il seggiolone e lo spazio sicuro per muoversi liberamente. La posizione è ottima, comoda per visitare la città senza stress, con tutto a portata di mano: supermercati e mezzi pubblici. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile e attenzioni speciali per il nostro bambino, regalandoci un piccolo kit composto da calzini, bagnoschiuma e colori. Valencia ci ha conquistati, ma questo hotel ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Lo consigliamo senza esitazione a tutte le famiglie che cercano comfort, praticità e un’atmosfera rilassante.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend – dabei hatten wir eigentlich keine großen Ansprüche. Das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt zwischen Flughafen und Stadtzentrum. Es gibt viele Restaurants für jedes Budget, und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders gefreut hat uns die große Terrasse. Auch der Fahrradverleih direkt an der Rezeption war ein großer Pluspunkt – sogar mit Kindersitz und Kinderhelm.

Die Isolierung im Zimmer ist sehr schlecht – wegen einer Party im Haus konnten wir kaum Ruhe finden. Die Badezimmertür lässt sich nicht leise schließen, und die Fenstertüren konnten wir auch nicht richtig abschließen. Die Küche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet, und viele Geräte sollten ausgetauscht werden (z. B. der Toaster oder die Kaffeemaschine). Die Terrasse wirkt zudem lieblos eingerichtet – nur ein Tisch und vier Stühle, nicht einmal eine Pflanze.

Great spacious apartment in a quiet location. The centre is only a 10 minute walk away, but worth the walk to get some sleep! Very helpful staff at reception. Would recommend.

The location was perfect being a little away from the noisy centre, but only a 10 minute walk away which meant you had the best of both worlds. The bed was massive! The staff were excellent, with particular praise for Gio and Valentina.

It didn't impact our stay but the apartment needed some repairs in places.
