Personale del ristorante poco professionale e attento, pulizia non ottimale, televisore non funzionante, tarme negli armadi. In generale la location è molto bella ma perde in attenzione per il cliente, qualità del ristorante e organizzazione.

Die Umgebung war wunderschön.

Leider hatte die Snackbar nicht geöffnet, wir hatten durst und uns wurde kein Wasser (ausser bei Ankunft) zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Snackbar öffnete erst auf Nachfrage undzwar 2 Stunden später. Beim Abendessen wurden wir unfreundlich empfangen und das Essen war nicht gut. Das Essen war wirklich enttäuschend, ausser dem Dessert.

The hotel has a beautiful view, all the staff are warm and friendly, every dish in the restaurant is delicious, the kitchen of the apartment is large, you can cook if you feel to, the best thing is, when you order food in the restaurant, the staff will deliver it to the apartment. there are also free parking.

I saw there are two bathrooms in the photo when I booking, but in fact there is only one, when 6 people to use it in the morning at the same time, it is quite tense. The bathroom facilities need to be improved.

Easy to get to Siena. Restaurant on site was very good - food and especially the staff! Quiet property with character. Had plenty of towels. Hotel was able to arrange for late check-in and gave clear directions.

Didn't have corkscrew/wine opener in room. Hair dryer socket needed to be activated (should have already done this prior to check-in). Shower was small. Front desk staff unfriendly/ unwelcoming. It was hard to get our luggage easily into the area to access rooms at night. There are big planters blocking the paved pathways around the building so we had to pull the luggage over the gravel.

Great staff, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere.
