Breakfast excellent, staff very helpful, very nice room will return again

The noise from the main street (not vehicle noise) people noise early hours was really bad could have been a one off

The location and all the small private sitting areas within the hotel. Free parking in Stafford was also appreciated.

Our room 101 was really disappointing. No sachets of milk and thel toilet was too close to the towel rail and my husband burnt his knee. Bath taps were very stiff to turn on and off for the bath/shower. Adjusting the water temperature was impossible. Had to tolerate very hot showers. Staff appeared quite demoralised and didn't inform residents that they needed a coin token to exit the car park. It was bad value for two nights.

Everything brilliant

Quirky hotel with coffee shop and lots of little rooms to chill out. Staff very chatty and helpful.

Our room was a little small, we should have book teh next size up!

The staff were helpful and enthusiastic

It was very varied and well presented. All choices satisfied. The hotel is a short walk through a small pretty park and just into high street. staff were very helpful especially Callum and Babs.

Windows are painted shut so any escape other than through door is impossible. This also means no fresh air into room. Bathroom is well thought out but no shelving to lay personal toilet bag or toiletries (poor error). TV difficult to operate and no instructions or guidance available.
