"good value hotel in an absolutely amazing city"

the location was good (once you find it among some steep streets not far the old city), breakfast was good, the hotel itself is a bit of a maze (but in a good way!)

there were a few unavoidable steps due to the nature of the old building and the steep site (with a lift between floors)
