Отель небольшой и простой, но чистый и достаточно комфортный для краткосрочной остановки.По качеству обслуживания можно описать произошедшую ситуацию с нашим заселением. Мы прибыли в отель в 4 часа ночи, уставшие после 7 часового переезда. Номер для трех взрослых был подтвержден 5 часов назад по горящему спецпредложению. Каково же было наше удивление, когда заспанная девушка на ресепшн, сообщила нам, что наш номер не готов, потому как они не успели его приготовить. И дальше никаких предложений от нее не поступало. У нас не было желания и возможности, что то выяснять с ней, да и ехать нам было некуда, потому как отель был взят для трех часового сна, покинуть отель нам нужно было в 8 часов утра, наш сын принимал участие соревнованиях в Брно. В результате нам были даны ключи от двух номеров, которые мы взяли и отправились спать. При выписке из отеля на ресепшн работала уже другая девушка и она попросила нас оплатить полную стоимость двух номеров ( по прайсу отеля), мотивируя это тем, что это мы сами попросили заменить забронированный нами номер на два отдельных. В последствии перед нами извинились за ошибку. Завтрак в отель простой,достаточно разнообразный,свежий, неплохой кофе. Отель можно рекомендовать для автомобильных путешественников.

1 night tour stop as base to see Brno historic centre and castle. Great service reception and really good room. Good value and good breakfast. Highly recommend. Also restaurant Neam Arch just 100 metres was fabulous quality and style, and get 10% off.

Nous avons reçu un accueil professionnel pour notre séjour d'une semaine à Brno. Notre projet était entre autre de découvrir Brno et la Moravie. La proximité du bus allant au centre ville est très appréciable ainsi que la grande surface très proche de l'hôtel. Nous avons pu nous promener à la découverte de la ville à pied et en bus , tram et trolley . les prix pour le quotidien sont très abordables pour nous . l'accueil dans les sites de visite , les restaurants ....est tout à fait correct.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was very close to town and restaurants. The center of town was about a 20 minute walk. The hotel staff gave me map of the city and made sure I knew how to get to where I wanted to go. They also recommended sites to see. When I commented on the distance to walk to the center of town, they pointed out that there was a bus that stopped 1 block away, and told me what bus number to take. The staff were all very exceptional in my opinion. I speak a little Czech, but the staff were able to speak english and helped me to have a wonderful time. I would definitely stay there again. When I asked about a laundry mat to wash my clothes, they offered to do my laundry for me in the hotel services. They washed, dried and folded my clothes for me at no extra charge.. My praise to all of the staff.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Zimmer sind sauber. Leider hat ich morgens am zweiten Tag nur lauwarmes Wasser. Einkaufszentrum ist direkt neben an.

Špičkový hotel, perfektní čistota, příjemný personál. Pokud budu mít někdy další cestu do Brna, tak mám jasno v tom, kde se ubytovat.

O hotel fica ao lado de um shopping. É bem fácil de chegar. Tem amplo estacionamento, o atendimento é excelente e o quarto é ótimo.

Really pleasant stay. Very helpful staff. Enjoyed our time in Brno. A bit out of town, but easily accessible by bus, or taxi 6 euros. Right next to big Tesco.
