Conveniently located near Fusina port, but it’s not a pretty area.

The mattress was thin. I also received a “form” message via Booking, that they would only allow 1 small dog after I specifically booked it with my two cats. I got it cleared up, but it caused me some last-minute stress. Also, there is no one at reception after 21:00. There is a code to open the back door, but it takes several tries to get it to work.

I liked the cleanliness, the air conditioning, the car parking and the beds and location.

I didn't like the condition of the room for the money. It was €100 a night and the room was very small and very old. This could have been cheaper. I have been to other hotels in Italy like Milano, Lago di Garda, ect and for €100 a night I had a very large and super new room.Thank you

Staff were lovely and spoke English. The staff also provided locations for lunch/ dinner nearby. There were bus stops directly across from the hotel , however we booked a uber/ taxi to the cruise terminal

The tv was not a smart tv and therefore we were unable to access it. Not a major issue, :)
