Sehr professionelles Personal! Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment willkommen gefühlt durch die sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter, sei es von der Rezeption angefangen bis zum Frühstücksservice und Housekeeping, uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir waren leider immer die letzten beim Frühstück und es wurde immer gewartet und ein Tablett für unsere Kinder vorbereitet (darunter auch glutenfreies Brot 👍) Tolle Ausgangslage und sehr sauber!

Hotel moderno, nuovo e pulito, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ristorante interno “La Fenice” molto buono. Parcheggio con servizio Car valet (ti portano loro l’auto in parcheggio e te la riportano a richiesta). Posizione molto comoda vicinissima al centro.

Insonorizzazione delle porte e delle pareti non è il massimo.

Posizione comodissima a 8 minuti dal casello di Andria della A14 e a pochi passi dal Centro Città. Camera spaziosa e confortevole con anticamera e bagno. Bella ed accogliente la sala colazioni con una buona offerta di cibo e bevande. Super apprezzato il servizio di parcheggio e riconsegna della ns auto e l'accoglienza al ns inseparabile amico a 4 zampe che viaggiava con noi. Se dovessimo ripassare da Andria torneremmo sicuramente all'Hotel Cristal Palace.

Posizione centralissima. Pulito. Confortevole. Buona la colazione. Personale gentile. Attenzione per i dettagli.

Il rubinetto della doccia non funzionava bene. La struttura necessiterebbe di un po' di insonorizzazione. Comunque, nel complesso siamo stati bene.
