Hotel Torre Matilde

Family owned hotel, staff did not speak English. Difficult to communicate. Was said to be smoke free, but staff and other guests smoked indoors. Staff Also held pets indoors, and the dog barked constantly. Very uncomfortable, since it was possible to hear neighbouring guests' business in their room from our own. Also, one Night we were woken up to another guest knocking on our door and singing/listening to very very loud Music. Wifi did not work on our floor. The common areas was not available to the guests, staff used it for their own leisure.

Un bon hôtel qui est proche de la mer, de la gare de Viareggio. Je suis arrivé avant l'heure de check-in et ma chambre était prête , alors j'ai eu la chance d'avoir ma chambre tôt que prévu.

J'ai réservée la chambre à un prix très compétitif en ligne, pour être proche de l'aéroport sans être trop loin du centre non plus. Rien à dire si ce n'est le regret de ne pas en avoir profité plus à cause d'un départ à 5h du matin pour notre vol.

Un po' lontano dal mare, questo grazioso hotel a conduzione famigliare offre camere curate e pulite, per un soggiorno piacevole ed economico. Alcune cose sarebbero da cambiare (es: la tenda della doccia) ma lo staff si impegna ad applicare migliorie ogni anno e l'impegno si vede. Torneremo.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung aber kein Erlebnis. Die Betten könnten bequemer sein, manchmal spürte man die Federn durch. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im gebuchten Nichtraucherzimmer befand sich ein Aschenbecher und es roch etwas nach altem Rauch, was nicht sehr zufriedenstellen war.

交通位置很方便

Hotel Torre Matilde might not be next to the wide beaches of Viareggio. But the warm-hearted service from the mother and two brothers running the hotel more than makes up for that. And by the way, the beach is only a ten-minute walk away - which can be done by walking along the cozy docks. A really nice walk. The breakfast could be better, but it is okay. The coffee is great though! All in all I can recommend a stay at the Hotel Torre Matilde.
