Facility and food, serene environment

Wrong advise by staff to get down at a station before Bharatpur with a promise to pick up. Pick up was delayed by 2 hrs, very disgusting and it was overpriced.

The room, pool, food was good. The service and staff were very cooperative and helpful especially the GM- Mr Rakesh and his team. The food was very good no doubt.

what disappointed me was the monkey poop all around the room sit out area and even the terrace, The buffalos next to the hotel made the area stink of cow dung at all times, Though the room and sit out was cleaned and managed by the staff and helped us enjoy the private pool in our suite.

The property was beautiful. The hospitality was exceptional. The staff is so good, they went out of their way to help us when we got stuck due to some issue. 10\10 ! Definitely would recommend it to family and friends

Nothing .. It’s an absolute waste of money n. situated at a bad cow dung smelling place, full of monkey menace n pictures on the net are complete eye wash n on the top of it they are charging premium pricing for their below average food, service n stay. This property should be delisted from booking.com.
