This was my first time staying at GRT, and it was truly an excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard. While the room rates may be slightly on the higher side, the quality of the stay makes it well worth the price. One of the highlights was the sumptuous breakfast buffet. After spending more than a week staying in different hotels with fairly similar breakfast offerings, GRT stood out with its wide variety of dishes and international-standard buffet selection. The quality, taste, and choices available made breakfast something to look forward to each morning. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very clean and well-maintained. The water temperature was just right, making it comfortable and enjoyable for both children and adults. Overall, GRT exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, dining, and facilities. It is a hotel that delivers a premium experience and is definitely worth considering for anyone looking for a memorable stay.

One area for improvement would be transportation to the Meenakshi Temple. While the hotel staff were very helpful in arranging auto-rickshaws for us, the fares can be quite expensive, especially for families and groups. It would be a great value-added service if the hotel could provide a shuttle or transportation option to the temple for guests.

Proximity to Tiruparankundram and the bfast spread...

Lifts were annoyingly slow and with guests moving up and down , there was a lot of waiting time.
