- My room was well equipped and comfortable. - Excellent location: right by Playa de las Arenas, full of restaurants, the beach, and a long palm-tree promenade. - Excellent connectivity: after a short walk, you can reach the city centre via tram line 8 (from Neptú station) and metro line 5. - I strongly recommend including breakfast (el desayuno) in the room price, as it is served at the Saggia restaurant connected to the hotel. Saggia’s breakfast and menu are highly recommended; very good quality.

We had apartment on 3rd floor overlooking the beach with a balcony - it was a very nice room with good kitchen facilities. The hotel staff were excellent and friendly and the room was well looked after each day. The location has immediate access to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars to choose from.

The Marina Beach Club at the end of the beach is EXTREMELY loud - kind of mind boggling how they are allowed to get away with it. The noise goes on until 3am most nights, and you can clearly hear the bass thumping all this time. Underneath the hotel is normal bars and restaurants which are also noisy but at a more reasonable level and not so late into the early hours. The internal noise from the hotel is also worse than average. Neverthless it was such a good location it was still very enjoyable.
