Propre confortable

Assez mécontent, on m’a demandé 150 dh supplémentaire, pour la chambre double sachant que le prix pour 2 personnes etait le meme que celui que j’avais payé sur booking . Je n’ai pas eu le petit déjeuner prevu que j’avais payer sur booking a « 60dh » .

De ligging is echt super, vlakbij het centrale plein. een geweldig dakterras. En nog mooiere kamer ! De aankleding en de ambiance van het hotel zijn echt super !

We werden wat minder gastvrij ontvangen maar is later meer dan goed gemaakt . Je moet wel ff wat kleine lege steegjes door voordat je er bent maar daarvoor zit je ook in de medina .. en is gewoon veilig !

Le lit est défoncés, les WC ne fonctionne pas, l internet est inexistant et li n y a aucune fenêtre, très humide . A fuire

Central, big room, clean and big private bathroom, nice rooftop. The lady working there was very kind and even showed where to do a very local hamam close by.

The place is hard to find, even with gps. Staff told us upon arrival that we had no reservation and did very little to try to figure the situation out. They also spoke no english and didnt read french well so communication was already hard. After pushing for a while that we really had a booking, they made a call and all of a sudden we could check in. We left the room before 09.00 to go for a tour and left our bags first in the kitchen area but we’re told to leave them in the room. Coming back we got angry messages and comments about occupying the room and that we needed to checkout. That’s what we did in the morning? Then the boss calls and tells me to leave the room, not believing me when I said I didn’t set my foot in the room after 09.00. I only did as told about the bags, and then spent some time in the kitchen area until catching my train. The man working there still seemed bothered by my staying in the kitchen area and made comments several times about if I was gonna leave soon. There was probably some miscommunication between the staff and the boss (who was never there) but it surely didn’t feel nice to be wrongly accused of occupying a room.

Dico solo questo: arrivati al Riad Fellousia e visto l'ambiente e le camere, siamo scappati senza soggiornare, perdendo quanto già pagato tramite booking.com (a meno che voi riusciate a farmi riavere qualcosa, anche se temo non sia possibile).

Lage ist super, mit Blick auf den Hauptplatz von der Dachterasse

Man hat sich nicht willkommen gefühlt, sehr unfreundlicher, streng riechender Typ, man wird regelrecht beäugt. Um 21:45 standen wir nach dem Abendessen vor - von innen - verriegelter Tür. Konnten mit unserem Schlüssel nicht hinein. Erst nach 15 Min Dauerklingeln und klopfen wurden wir von dem mürrischen Herren eingelassen. Alles in allem keine positive Erfahrung. Personal spricht auch kein Wort englisch.

Herzliches Riad in der Medina von Meknes. Sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Tolles Frühstück, welches wirklich alle Wünsche erfüllt.
