"Not the greatest customer service experience at the onset, but that improved"

Location worked for us. Great home base town.

Things started out rather bumpy. The initial reception felt rushed and impersonal. The bar tender was very rude. The room was sweltering hot. However, after asking to check out after the first night, 2 of the staff worked particularly hard to convince us to stay and make us feel overall more welcomed and we were able to switch to a different, cooler part of the building. Booking.com was unable to be reached for assistance, so we are glad that the hotel staff turned things around. The restaurant next door was amazing!

צוות המלון חברותי ונעים, ממש הרגשתי שמארחים אותי באופן אישי. הבריכה על הגג מהממת. הארוחות טעימות וצוות חדר האוכל הם מהאנשים הנחמדים שפגשתי אי פעם. הכל ברוחב לב. המלון מעוצב בצורה נעימה ויוקרתית
