L'accueil est froid. Mauvaise odeur à l'entré. Nous avons eu une chambre qui ne correspondait à aucune photo. Elle était digne d'un hôtel 2 étoiles, sans aucune exagération. Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer, le réceptionniste s'est montré désagréable et m'a reproché d'avoir réservé sur booking. Un autre employé s'est montré encore plus désagréable car je suis venue 5 mn après la fin du buffet du goûter en me disant que je devais être plus organisée.

Zeer mooi hotel, vriendelijke bediening, nette kamers, voortreffelijke keuken met mooi gepresenteerde gerechten. Wij komen graag nog eens terug…

Heerlijk en zeer kwalitatief ontbijt en avondmaal, zeer vriendelijk personeel, je zou dom zijn om hier geen vol pension te kiezen! Zeer comfortabele kamer met grote badkamer en alles wordt dagelijks gepoetst. Prachtige relaxruimte met zicht op de Langkofel, heerlijk zwembad en sauna waar we dagelijks gebruik van maakten na inspannende wandelingen. Ook het dal is ongelooflijk mooi en netjes.

Niets... Ik was wel blij dat we een tafel kregen in het vernieuwde deel van het restaurant, het andere (oudere) deel heeft een heel andere aankleding en 'vibe' en zou ik minder fijn hebben gevonden.

Hotel Touring Dolomites is officially a four-star hotel, but in our experience, it absolutely deserves five. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding – incredibly professional, polite, and welcoming. We opted for the breakfast and dinner package, and it was hands down the best decision of our trip. Each evening featured a different menu, with buffet antipasti that changed nightly and Michelin-quality mains and desserts. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious – we were truly blown away. Our room was immaculate, and after long days hiking in the Dolomites, we made full use of the perfectly heated rooftop pool, well-appointed sauna, and wellness spa – a true sanctuary. This hotel exceeded every expectation. If you’re staying in the area, Hotel Touring Dolomites is an absolute must. Bravi to the entire team!

While we truly loved our stay, there are a couple of things that could be improved. We travelled with our medium-sized dog and were surprised by the €50 per night pet fee, which is extremely high — especially considering that only a single water bowl was provided. During our holiday in Trentino, we stayed at other wonderful hotels where the dog fees ranged from €5 to €25 per night, making this charge feel excessive and unjustified. Additionally, the dog bed provided was too small (though admittedly we didn’t ask for a larger one), but for the price charged, we expected more thoughtful amenities. This pet policy really needs to be reconsidered or revised.

Идеальная чистота, великолепное обслуживание, очень удобная локация. Завтраки вкусные с очень высоким уровнем сервиса. Безупречный бассейн с шикарным видом. Восторг!
