Quirky hotel with a bit of history. Room was spacious but a bit worn. Hotel was a little noisy but not a problem. There was a pool, sauna and good facilities for families with children. Breakfast and dinner options were great and the waiting staff were attentive and friendly amongst the chaos. Location was great, lots to do in the area. A thoroughly decent stay but perhaps better for families with children rather than those travelling as a couple or solo.
Sehr nettes Personal, Sauberkeit sehr gut. Swimmingpool vorhanden. Gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten bei Frühstück. Zum nachbessern wäre Heizung im Zimmer. Nach Aufenthalt im Swimmingpool hätte ich gerne die Heizung im Zimmer aufdrehen wollen, hat aber nicht funktioniert (regnerischer Tag). Sonst aber gerne wieder. Schade, dass wir keine Pillersee Gästekarte bekommen haben.

Personal war sehr nett , hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sauber, Betten sind sehr bequem. Essen war gut, sehr viel Auswahl vor allem Frühstück. Das Hotel kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Zum dritten Mal hatten wir wundervolle Tage im schönen Pillerseetal. Wir mögen das Flair, das Essen und die gute Infrastruktur.
The hotel was built on the site of an ancient castle and retains its medieval atmosphere. This gives the hotel a sort of magic and makes it beautiful both inside and out. The staff is very courteous and always available. The receptionists and restaurant waiters are always courteous and helpful. A special thanks goes to Giulia, who helped us with a problem we had on our last day. However, the interiors of the property are often dated and worn. The carpet in the room was old and sometimes dirty. The bathroom was spacious but definitely needed maintenance, such as flushing the sinks and removing unpleasant odors from the toilet bowl.
Das Gebäude ist renovierungsbedürftig. An manchen Stellen sind die Teppichböden im Flur abgenutzt und teilweise aufgerissen. An der Außenfassade prökelt teilweise der Putz ab. Das Hallenbad ist sauber, das Becken ist OK. Die Fliesen sind teilweise lose am Randbereich .Es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Im Zimmer war soweit alles in Ordnung und sauber. Die Matratze war aber durchgelegen. Wir hatten die Königssuite mit 60 qm. Genug Platz zu fünft mit 2 Schlafzimmern und kleiner Küche. Das Restaurant war OK. Das Essen war auch OK. Die Fenster waren schon lange nicht mehr geputzt worden, auf den Fenstebänken wars staubig. In dem Hotel ist Haustiere erlaubt, es wurden auch große Hunde mit ins Restaurant gebracht was nicht jedermann gefällt.
