Cascina Scova Resort

今回、屋内プールと野外プール、SPA ジャグジー、サウナがあるという事でこのホテルを選びました。 でも実際には夏はサウナも室内プールもジャグジーもやっていないようで、利用できませんでした。 外のプールは、宿泊者以外も利用できるようでものすごく混んでいました。 利用するには、宿泊者も外から来ても10€、料金がかかるようです。 部屋の空調も良くなくて 部屋に冷蔵庫はあったけど、飲み物が全く無く 部屋でくつろぐという感じではありませんでした。 なぜこのホテルが4つ星クラスなのか？ 理解できません。 事前に利用できる条件の表示が不足しています。 利用可能な期間 有料、ならその金額、 予約の要、不要など。。 もっと事前に表示すべきだと感じました。 室内プールとジャグジーがあったから 高価な四つ星のホテルを選んだのに、ホテルで楽しめないのは本当に泊まった事を後悔します。 このホテルだけではなくて、もっと事前調査をして利用できない曜日や期間があるなら、予約前に共有してほしいです。

I stayed here for a week, the staff were very friendly, after the first day they were calling me Mr Peter and made me a cappuccino at breakfast without me asking. The evening meals were just okay, but breakfast was really good. The hotel was very quiet in a gated area with lovely gardens and a large pond with Koi carp swimming around. My room had a small balcony with sunshine in the afternoon. Good Wi-Fi speed, clean rooms with new towels every day. Would I return? 100% yes can’t wait to return to the Pavia area 👍

The room was functional but clean but it probably is the closest experience I have ever come to staying in a prison from the decoration in the corridors, to the basic minimal cheap food on plastic trays, to the staff indifference, to the heavy security gate on the front of the property. It didnt feel like a 'homely' stay the decor is dated and some of it needs a really good clean and refurb. Saying that, the room was ok bed comfortable and warm, hot water and clean towels

It was dirty and the furniture was broke and damaged! I cant understand the 4 stars and also not the high price for what you get!

the place was very nice. quiet area out of the city (an hour south of milan). very clean. good selection of items for breakfast. tons of tv channels (though mostly italian). shower was a little small but not too bad. also gated facility. grounds kept clean and neat in the back and pool area.

We spent one night at Cascina Scova Resort whilst travelling to Tuscany. We wish we had have had time to stay more. The resort is set in beautiful gardens, with two swimming pools and an outdoor cafe. There is a restaurant but it was closed on Sunday (the night we were there). The staff were very friendly. We had a small dog with us and it was a lovely touch to find a bed and bowls for him in our room on arrival. The resort is only a few years old and is well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice. The swimming pool and spa area is excellent. I would recommend the water jet massage! The old town of Pavia is very interesting with many restaurants and well worth a visit.

Kids paid same price as adults but without access to any of the hotel facilities. We were only informed after check-in and nothing was said when we reserved by phone. I understand when kids cannot access the SPA, but in this case I am talking about keeping 2 kids off the external pool, packed with people, when it's 31oC outside!!! When I asked for a discount they looked at me as if I was an alien. Also, breakfast was served cold with terrible (or no) choices of bread.

Weekend di relax con la mia famiglia, eccezionale la zona piscina e la SPA, le camere sono confortevoli e la colazione molto varia con scelta di dolce e salato. Consigliato a chi vuole rilassarsi in mezzo al verde de3ll'Oltrepo' Pavese
