Great location helpful staff, comfortable bed

Breakfast options were fine but the food was not kept adequately warm and ended up quite cold.

Per total, șederea a fost plăcută. Totul a fost în regulă: camera curată, personal amabil și servicii bune. Locația foarte bună, aproape de restaurante si baruri.

Singurul inconvenient a fost izolarea fonică slabă. Din păcate, zgomotul din camerele vecine și de pe hol se auzea destul de tare.

This was a pretty terrible stay. There was absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever. It was impossible to sleep at night, it felt like the windows were wide open because you could hear even the faintest noise. If you position yourselves as a 4-star hotel in the city center, proper soundproofing is a must. You could hear everything, down to the toilets flushing and hair dryers running in the neighboring rooms.Staying in the room during the day was also impossible. Construction work was going on from 9 AM to 7 PM, and the noise was splitting my head open.Another huge disappointment was the breakfast. When will hotels finally level up? Before checking in, I asked if there would be vegan options available, specifying that I meant more than just soy milk, tomatoes, and cucumbers. They said, 'Yes, of course!' In the end, I came down for the breakfast I had already paid for, asked the staff for the vegan food, and they just pointed me to a cucumber and tomato salad. Come on, it’s the 21st century! You could at least pay attention to your guests' requests and buy some vegan cold cuts. They usually come in packs of 4–6 slices, which would easily fix the issue and make a difference.
