Staff inesperto, colazione poco invitante e situata in una location tipo cantina

Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο Το προσωπικό φερόταν αδιάφορο έως βαριεστημένο Τα δωμάτια στον τελευταίο όροφο ήταν πολύ χαμηλά με αποτέλεσμα να χτυπάς το κεφάλι στο ταβάνι

Freshly renovated hotel in the very center od Livigno. Nice decor, nice stuff, parking spot.

The kitchen clearly has great potential. The crayfish, steaks, pasta, and several other dishes were prepared beautifully and showed excellent culinary skills. However, we believe that this menu would truly shine if it embraced more of the local cuisine and regional flavors instead of trying to reinvent them. With ingredients and cooking techniques of this quality, focusing on local traditions would create an unforgettable dining experience and a real explosion of flavors. Now it seemed to focus more on innovation than on local herbs, flavors, and traditions. Unfortunately, some of the creative combinations did not work for us — for example, mozzarella served on fresh cabbage… Just stay true to Italian recipes, local herbs, and authentic flavors, and the result will be absolutely exceptional. The foundations are already there — all that’s needed is a little less experimentation and a little more Italy on the plate .
