Loved the perfect location, the beautiful residence and stunning atmosphere!

Master bed was quite firm and shower was not good. There is no place to hang the shower head above you while you shower, and the water pressure was insanely strong.

Very well located. A very unique property in a beautiful old palazzo. Having parking within the walled city of Lucca was a really big plus. Sandro and Anna were so kind and helpful. Made our visit very enjoyable.

No furniture to sit on other than very uncomfortable chairs. How about several club chairs to sit in? Rug? TERRIBLE pillows! Very squeaky bed. STAFF was great though. Very helpful and nice. Location and historical charm was great. Get some MUCH BETTER pillows and fix the squeaky bed.

PILLOWS! No comfortable chairs to sit on.

Die Residenza ist ein wunderbarer alter Palazzo, der immer noch von der Familie Tuzzi geführt wird. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die private Garage direkt neben dem Palazzo ist genial. Und die Lage wunderbar, man ist mitten in der Stadt. Das Frühstück ist frisch und reichhaltig, man sitzt in einem riesigen Salon mit Fresken. Toll!
