We loved the old world character of the palace, the location was terrific. It was very challenging maneuvering our car to the palace, but a wonderful man came to our rescue and walked us through it!

It was so authentically elegant! We were shocked when we walked into our room - it was very spacious with lovely furnishings, sumptuous drapes, grand windows, very high ceilings, great water pressure, comfortable bed, a real safe with a key, lovely public spaces, and our car was parked in their garage(very secure). The breakfast was bountiful. The palazzo is an historic building right in the heart of Lucca. Very impressive! The staff was kind and very accomodating. Anna was delightful and Alessandro was very helpful and filled with good suggestions. We felt like we were in Versailles.

We loved everything - nothing negative.

A fabulous privately owned Palazzo in the heart of Lucca. It could not be better situated, although unfortunately during our stay the village drains were being replaced!

Location was so central within the walled city. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The palazzo is beautifully restored with intruiging artwork and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but just right.

Loud road works going on outside the palazzo and a temporary road surface that was extremely loud at all hours when vehicles drove over it. This is not the priperty’s fault and hopefully the road works will be finished before Summer.

Hermoso lugar para hospedarte, es un palacio. El único defecto sería la llave de la regadera que es un poco incómoda pero recordemos que es un edificio antiguo de solo 6 habitaciones. Definitivamente volvería ahí. Y el servicio del personal es excelente
