Well maintained property, with high standards through out. The rooms are cleaned daily. The people running and working there are helpful and reliable. A great nothing too much trouble attitude.

Why this place gets such good reviews I have no idea. I requested a quiet upstairs apartment with a double bed but we were given a downstairs room next to the pool and the bar with 3 single beds. The apartment in no way resembled the photos on the hotels.com. The lay out of the kitchen made it very difficult to prepare and cook food. The fridge was underneath a cupboard that jutted out so far you had to be very careful not to hit your head on it. The same cupboard also encroached on the entrance door to the room which made that area rather unsafe. The shower curtain did not enclose the shower tray and water soaked the toilet and the floor. The hot water ran out after one shower as the tank was very small. The beds were so hard it was impossible to sleep. The light from the air conditioner lit up the room like a disco light. There was not a plug for either the kitchen or the bathroom sink. The foot traffic noise from the room above was like a herd of elephants roaming around. Noise from the bar at night was annoying. We voiced our concerns to the property owner who was extremely unhelpful. We asked if it was possible to move and were told no as they were full. We asked how log we would have to wait to move and they dismissed us with a wave of the hand. They did not understand why we were unhappy and became very defensive when we asked if we could check out and get a refund. After 3 nights we abandoned our stay as it was so bad. We were unable to recover any of our money.

This hotel was very nice. Rooms were large and comfortable. The location was the best, only a 2 minute walk to a very nice beach and restaurants and quad rentals. Very nice pool area and the staff is very nice. I would stay there again.

After a slightly uncomfortable first nights sleep, the staff changed our mattress and bedsheets without having to be asked to do so. Overall, we had a great stay at Anemos; the staff went out of their way to help us and make us feel comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, 2min walk to a really nice beach with good restaurant choice. There is a nice pool area, which is clean, private and in the sun all day. The room was big and spacious, and the hotel has quad / scooter rental available, easy to arrange and very useful!
