"Everything was excellent"

Breakfast was awesome. Best coffee I had in Mykonos and the personal was really friendly and sweet. They even decorated the room for a suprise my man did for me. Very good experience!

Absolutamente todo fue perfecto! No es la primera vez que me hospedo aquí. Vuelvo y volvere siempre. Es mi hogar en Mykonos. El diseño la atención limpieza ubicación personal y todo siempre impecable.

"Unprofessional management behaviour"

Nice hotel and comfortable room.

Unprofessional management and a tense atmosphere. During breakfast, the manager/owner publicly reprimanded an employee in front of a room full of guests. It was incredibly uncomfortable to watch and entirely uncalled for; personnel issues should always be handled privately. This hostile environment clearly rattled the rest of the staff, causing them to make mistakes with our food orders. Employees deserve to be treated with basic human dignity, not degraded in public.
