Hotel Museu Llegendes de Girona

Très bon emplacement, on peut tout faire à pied . Tout est à proximité : basilique, resto, bars, superette. Le parc La Devesa est à 15mn à pied, platanes centenaires , bel ombrage...le marché du samedi est 👍

Si vous avez une voiture de type Berline, évitez le garage de l’hotel car on a du mal à manoeuvrer dans les ruelles. A 15mn à pied ,il y a des parkings gratuits en surface ou des parkings payants souterrains

Great hotel, room, and location, very friendly and helpful staff, but ...

On arrival we were requested to provide credit card (for security, room was already paid via booking.com), name and address etc, and email address. Shortly after checking in I received what appeared to be a phishing email asking me to click a link to confirm (or decline) a credit card payment for this hotel, with the last 4 digits of my credit card. The email looked like it was from a hotel email address but the link was to an unknown and/or unrelated website (cloudbeds dot com). I did not click anything, and reported it to booking.com. Either the hotel is doing something suspicious with information provided, or someone has hacked into the hotel system to send phishing emails. Either way, bad security. I don't know what I would do differently knowing this, it's not unusual to provide this information and a credit card when checking in. But it's the first time I received a payment request for a room already paid for. Maybe offer a cash deposit instead of a credit card? Ask hotel if their system has been checked and updated?

Très bon emplacement, Accueil correct, Décoration RDC et couloir.

Accès voiture difficile Idem pour le parking, Chambre très sombre : deux fenêtres en face de murs, Commandes électriques (lumières, rideaux, climatisation) complexes, Coffre fort inutilisable (on nous a proposé celui de la réception), Mobilier bas de gamme, sombre et vieillot. Petit déjeuner juste correct. Bref, rien d'un 4 étoiles.

Ubicación inmejorable. Es el hotel de referencia en la ciudad y hasta los guías de los tours paran para explicar su historia. Atención, servicio y limpieza de 10.

Nada, todo fue genial

Everything was great, sweet people working there, and interesting that Dali played such a big role in the hotel's identity. But what really stood out was location. We had choosen the hotel primarely because of the central location, but location was even better than expected. I cant imagine a better location within Girona - just placed in a quiet location within the center and imo the right part of the center. Also amazing they had a parking house just across the hotel because parking in Girona is problematic - and as many of these places within the old city centers it is a quite narrow entrance to the parking house but we could with a bit of maneuvaribility park our medium sized car there. Probably would be difficult to park there with a big car though!

La habitación Es tal como lo representan las fotos. Cama cómoda y restaurada con buen gusto. Buena ubicación si quieres moverte por el casco histórico. Buena relación precio-Calidad

todo estuvo bien

A fabulous hotel close to the Basilica. Very comfy beds and superb customer service. Even let us check in early as our room was ready.
