Hotel muito bem localizado, junto à muralha é fácil e localizar dentro da cidade histórica muralhada. Os quartos e os banheiros são amplos e confortáveis, Foi disponibilizado além das toalhas, roupões de banho e chinelos de tecido. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos em todo o tempo em que lá estive hospedado.

O pequeno almoço (café da manhã) é preparado mediante escolha dos itens no dia anterior. Como não sabemos a qualidade, a quantidade nem o tamanho dos produtos a serem consumidos, ficamos meio que às cegas na hora de escolher. No segundo dia fica mais fácil em virtude da primeira experiência. Seria melhor se os produtos a serem consumidos ficassem disponibilizados no local de refeições, como costuma ser na maioria dos hotéis.

Excelente peq. almoço, e quarto com muito boa área.

O quarto necessitava de pequenos serviços de manutenção, mais concretamente no chuveiro (obriga a segurar com uma mão), o autoclismo não vedava e ouve-se a pingar, e o estore da varanda não se conseguia abrir, ficando o quarto com muito pouca luz natural.

O barulho do ar condicionado. Muita claridade no quarto . A tv .com algumas falhas e poucos canais.

"Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die nur für uns den Betrieb des Hotels und Restaurants ermöglichten"

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste des Hotels. Nur für uns wurde das Restaurant geöffnet und wir konnten von der Speisekarte bestellen. Das Frühstück konnten wir beim Einchecken bestellen und es wurde am nächsten Morgen am Tisch serviert. Die beiden jungen Männer, die uns bedient haben, haben alles getan, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen

Die bei Booking.com angegebene Adresse stimmte nicht. Wir haben die auf der Buchung angegebene Adresse den Mitarbeitern am Empfang des Hotels gezeigt, und die haben eine andere Anschrift genannt. Kein Wunder, dass unser Navi uns in eine ca. 10 Kilometer entfernte Burganlage geführt hat.
