"Perfect place for relax"

Very nice place in general, territory is green and calm, owners are very nice and pleasant. Close to Venice. Apartments are perfectly clean. Tasty homemade breakfasts. I recommend this place!

"Superb"

Everything was great, the hosts are kind, willing to help and answer many of our questions. Property is in a quiet neighbourhood and surrounded with lots of trees. Only thing missing was more choices for salty breakfast given its mainly sweet, but that was not that important to us.

Beautiful apartment, situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. Few minutes by car from train station; journey to Venice takes about 20 minutes. Very nice and helpful owner, giving lots of advices. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, Breakfasts mainly sweet, with delicious homemade jams and cakes. Nice and clean pool. I would love to visit again!

Host Vanessa was very helpful and kind. Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, felt like a home. Breakfast is also great, every morning fresh baked breath and cake.

Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable. It’s a beautiful property with a splendid large garden and a well maintained pool, with spacious and clean rooms and a delicious homemade breakfast. And last but not least, the owner, Elena - very kindness, pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Elena! We will definitely come back very soon!

"Fabuleux "

Famille très agréable et d’une super gentillesse. L’appartement était grand,lumineux et propre. La terrasse également. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Nous avons eu des pâtisseries /viennoiseries fraîches chaque matin. L’emplacement du B and B se situe dans une rue privée très calme et se situe également à 20 min de Venise en voiture. La piscine est très confortable avec ses transats. Merci à tous pour votre accueil

"Superb"

We were looking for accommodation with a Pool close to Venice. We found B&B Vanessa House and we recommend it to everyone. Breakfast is a nice morning surprise. Nearby (7 minutes by car) to Mestre Ospedale station, leave your car in the free parking lot here and take the train 3 stops to Santa Lucia
