Quinta do Covanco

Établissement familial très accueillant. Beau, propre, bien équipé. Super jardin très agréable bien entretenu. On s’y sent très bien. Personnel très gentil, sympathique et bienveillant. Très bon petit déjeuné. Bien garni. Le café est bon.

Literie un peu trop dure ( lit simple) et bruyant. Localisation un peu trop près de la route, on entend les camions surtout. Odeur parfumé un peu forte. L’eau chaude met du temps à arriver.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived, even though we had to dash off as we were staying because of a wedding in the area. The room was comfortable, with a firm bed, a sofa, water and coffee-making facilities. The aircon was efficient and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious, with a circular bath. We didn't get to enjoy the pools or gardens much, as we were just stopping over after a wedding with a late finish, but the garden was lovely to walk around in the morning. Breakfast was simple, but tasty, with local fruit, ham, cheese, bread, and juice. We left feeling ready for the new day.

Antiguo caserio con viñas y naranjos a su alrededor. Una parte está Reconstruido para hotel. La dueña es muy amable y te hace zumo natural exprimido todas las mañanas, además de un buen desayuno. Hay aparcamiento gratis y está a 3 minutos caminando hasta el pueblo cercano, donde puedes encontrar restaurantes de menús y supermercados, etc..

Breakfast was very good.

What I liked less was the location.

It was a nice place and we were treated well by the staff. The house did have a small orchard out back, so I guess it was an agritourismo but was lacking some of the ammenities advertised. Mainly laundry facilities.
