Carina la spa e le stanze

Pagato per una suite, una tripla e una doppia e mi è sono state propinate invece due doppie e una tripla senza avere la dignità e l’onestà di detrarre dal conto totale la differenza che mi era dovuta. Una truffa a tutti gli effetti. Nessuna scusa solo tanta tantissima maleducazione.

Strutta al confine tra parco dei Nebrodi e parco dell'Etna. Si trova su una strada statale che conduce a Randazzo, un'altra strada campestre conduce al parco suburbano dal quale si può raggiungere il fiume Alcantara ed ammirare la bellezza dell'Etna. È presente un percorso SPA completo di sauna, bagno turco, docce emozionali, idromassaggio e vasca riscaldata all'esterno.

"Un chouette hôtel dans une magnifique région."

Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre de très belle taille et bien équipée. Accueil sympathique. Restaurant très bien. Literie de très bonne qualité!!!

Chambre un peu bruyante, on entend assez fort les bruits de la salle de restaurant et du couloir (les autres clients n'étant pas toujours très discrets). Une fois tout le monde au lit, c'est vraiment très calme.
