O que mais gostamos no alojamento foi da forma como todo o staff nos tratou. Destaco, em especial, a amabilidade, paciência, profissionalismo e cuidado do Sr. Mohamed. Obrigada 💛 O pequeno almoço tinha sempre coisas novas e era maravilhoso!

"Mohammed fue majisimo y atendió todas nuestras peticiones y nos ayudó mucho con las explicaciones o reservas de restaura"

El desayuno era de reyes, el personal majisimo y servicial y relación calidad precio muy muy bien.

Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero en línea con todos los riads. Los precios de los servicios adicionales tipo transfer o excursiones son muy caros.

"Estancia perfecta"

El personal muy amable y servicial y las instalaciones muy bonitas. Cada dia nos tenian que preparar el desayuno un poco antes porque teniamos excursiones contratadas y no pusieron ningún dia inconveniente y nos preparaban un desayuno super completo.

Le personnel était aux petits soins en particulier Mohamed, qui nous a bien conseillé pour certaines visites, qui ne savait que faire pour nous rendre service. Quand au petit déjeuner ils sont très bons et très copieux.... Le riad est également plutôt bien placé, près du musée Dar el bacha, à 10 minutes à pied de la place jamaa el-Fna et à 15 minutes de la grande mosquée...

Le seul petit point négatif était le logement qui lui est vraiment simple et à rafraîchir.

Esta riad prima pela atenção e amabilidade para com os hóspedes. Tivemos um problema com a avião, só chegamos na manhã seguinte, fomos recebidos com um pequeno almoço fantástico, e recebidos pelo Mohamed, sempre gentil e educado. Riad muito limpa. Apesar da rua e túnel para a riad, faz-se muito bem o caminho, pois a riad está muito bem localizada, e senti segurança mesmo à noite.

We loved the hospitality! Mohamend was extremely kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations about Marrakech and making us feel very welcome from the start. As we had to check out very early, he kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which made a big difference. Excellent service!

Nothing to complain about everything was great.
