The hospitality here was top notch! Everyone was so nice as soon as we walked in. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Our room had a balcony which was so relaxing. The kids had a room with a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious and the amenities were great as well. They had a shuttle to take us into San Cassiano and back, which was super convenient. Additionally they gave us each a bus pass to travel through the Alta Badia region. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything! The staff was friendly,, professional and helpful!!! The property is so Beautiful and the relaxation amenities were so relaxing at the end of the day after a long hike. The food was amazing/special!!!

The property was beautiful and the people amazing. We visited all the restaurants and bars and enjoyed them all. The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Fluent in English everywhere we visited. Highly recommend!
