The room is spacious and well cleaned. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options (I love that they have Miso soup). The hotel is in a good location, very close to Grindelwald train station. The view from the room is absolutely stunning. Everything is perfect. Definitely coming back here for my next trip to Grindelwald.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt vis a vis vom Busplatz und Bahnhof. Personal alle sehr nett und aufgestellt

Einzelzimmer sehr schmales Bett. Räume überheizt. Teppich Im Treppenhaus und in der Lounge.

Herzlicher, sehr persönlicher Empfang mit umfassender Info betr. Hotel und Leistungen, Skikeller, Wellness usw. Gute Lage im Zentrum, trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück ohne Gedränge. Gutbürgerliche Küche mit dem gewissen Extra.

False advertisement which made it very disappointing. The reason I booked this hotel which was a lot more expensive than others in the area is because they advertised air conditioner in the rooms. This was not the case. There was no A/C available.
