House Restaurant Sedra

The GPS coordinates (I forgot the source. Google Maps?) was incorrect. The name of the hotel appears to be 'Sedra' on the sign on the left side of road - the GPS coordinates put you in an incorrect residential area on RIGHT side of the road about 1/2 km too far. House Sedra is very quaint and nice. Note that they ONLY take cash, so be prepared to get cash at Hotel Grabovac down the street. We had a rental car so not an issue; but if you're traveling by bus or other method, make sure you have enough Kuna to cover your hotel bill. Breakfast is included - they give you vouchers for restaurant next door - very good too. Note the area is small so limited choices for restaurants for dinner. We had a rental car and looked at all of the available restaurants. Most were of Italian/Croatian fare - minimal vegetarian offerings if you need those. Overall a great hotel with a small family-owned environment.

Beautiful view. Kids friendly garden. Very nice room. Near to Plitvice NP.

We stayed just one night as we were visiting Plitvice the next day. Everything was nice, comfy, clean. Parking area behind the hotel and playground for kids. For breakfast we were missing any fresh fruits or vegetables, which is the only minus, but the overall impression is excellent.

Bon hôtel,endroit calme pas loin des lacs de Plitvice. Petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel accueillant. Extérieur bien entretenu, décoration des chambres un peu passée mais très propre.

Kleines Hotel in geringer Entfernung zu den Plitvitzer Seen, sehr ruhig, angenehme Atmosphäre.

perfect stay

Hotel staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Restaurant associated with hotel was good and waitresses were pleasant. Room was clean and beds were firm. Good jumping off point for exploring the area.

The hotel is generally good.

Good value for the price. Our room had a bit of a funky smell but not to bad.
