"Marrakech, un luogo magico da scoprire"

Tutto, dall’architettura al personale, la posizione, la colazione varia e imponente, la camera, la pulizia, la cortesia… tutto… non potevo desiderare di meglio… se dovessi tornare andrei di nuovo lì, un ringraziamento speciale al receptionist… una persona attenta e cordiale.

C’era qualche zanzara in camera, forse metterei un dispositivo per allontanarle… ma è proprio l’unica cosa

Sehr gute Lage in der Medina. Sauber und schönes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück.

Das Personal war beim ersten Tag nicht sooo freundlich. Aber vielleicht lag es auch daran dass wir spät kamen. Am nächsten Tag war es okay

La zona cerquita de la plaza y dentro de la zona de restaurantes, tiendas y puestos. El desayuno fantástico con muy buena atención y preparación. Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y mantenimiento de la habitación a diario.

La calle para llegar da sensación a una zona oculta pero tras pasar la puerta es como aparecer en otro sitio.

Worst experience ever. Do not stay here

The room smelled of sewage and we had to sleep with the window open. Toilet wasn’t attached properly to the floor. Left after one night even though we booked for 4 nights.

Very nice Riad, one of the most beautiful I've stayed in so far. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations as my room lacked shower essentials (shower gel, soap, etc.). After a 9-hour trip, I couldn't have a shower. The description stated that a hairdryer would be provided, but there wasn't one! I booked this hotel because of the pool, but unfortunately, I couldn't use it because the water was really dirty.Also, in the app, our check-out time was 12:00, but at the hotel, they told us 11:30.

Not very warm welcoming!
