The place was beautiful so as the view. It was close to the centre of Amalfi and the personal was great with us. Specially Asia, who was very gentle and solved our doubts. The place to have breakfast was beautiful

The cleaning and the bed making could be better.

Absolutely outstanding in every way! Asia is amazing and so, so helpful. She really helped make our stay perfect! We are already planning our next visit!

Posizione ottima con vista magnifica. Bella la terrazza per la colazione. Ragazzi del servizio parcheggio molto cortesi e puntuali.

Al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno che parlasse italiano per accoglierci e darci suggerimenti sugli spostamenti. La colazione buona ma andava scelta dal giorno precedente. Per arrivare alla struttura va percorsa una lunga discesa a gradini. Il parcheggio necessario è distante dalla struttura e non è raggiungibile a piedi. La camera senza tende oscuranti.

Our stay at Villa Santa Maria was absolutely wonderful. The view was truly stunning and breathtaking, with the villa located directly above the sea, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The location is amazing, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home rather than simply staying at a furnished villa. Everything was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The hospitality and attention to detail made our experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Amalfi !

La habitación muy iluminada con espléndidas vistas, la atención del staff, especialmente de Asia, quién siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar, los desayunos deliciosos en una muy bonita terraza

El acceso al hotel es complicado con maletas, a medio camino salieron a encontrarnos para ayudar, muchas gracias! El jacuzzi situado en el exterior no funciona y aunque está a 2.2 km de Amalfi, los taxis son extremadamente caros y la parada del camión a 12 minutos no es tan accesible

Manque d entretien général : jacuzzi fermé, accès plage fermé. Des réparations dans les parties communes sont à entreprendre et mobiliers vieillissants

Tareeq and Angelo were both wonderful as was the morning breakfast staff. Breakfasts were wonderful.

The rooms were much smaller than what appeared on their website. I was disappointed that this villa highlighted the hot tubs, a private one on our balcony and a separate large one for other guests, yet the large group one which we told our wedding guests would be available for their use was broken down and not working and the one in our room was stone cold. We requested the heat be turned on which it was so we were finally able to use it on our 3rd night. When we went to use it again on the 4th night it was stone cold agsin. The sauna that was also featured was also not operational. One of our wedding guests was sharing the triple room with my son and his girlfriend. A couple months before our trip we found out the other guest's girlfriend would be joining him. We made numerous inquiries requesting the 2 young couples share the triple room. Our wedding planner also made contact with the villa on our behalf but there was no response for the longest time. After several more attempts the villa messaged back saying they were just concerned about there not being a comfortable amount of room for 4 in the triple room. We replied and said the 4 would make due and it being cramped for space was not an issue and that we would of course pay any additional charge for the 4th person. After arriving and staying the first night Asia rudely spoke to the kids the next morning and told them the 4th person must leave. Asia called me and explained it was "illegal" for them to have 4 people in the triple room and that they could be shut down. Despite having all the emails and messages regarding the 4th person we were told she'd have to leave immediately. If it was "illegal" for them to have 4 people then that's all they had to say in their email or messages. Asia was kind enough to help us find another close by place but this cost us the equivalent of $2,000 Cdn. for 6 nights for the young couple.

Personalet var de sødeste, især Asia og Tareq som altid var så venlige og klar til at hjælpe gæsterne. Kokken var også virkelig god og sød ligesom hende den lyshårede morgenmads servitrice. Den eneste der virkede lidt sur var hende den mørkhårede rengøringsdame, ellers var der intet negativt at sige om personalet. Udsigten fra hotellet var også utroligt smukt! Morgenmad rigtig fin og til vores overraskelse var aftensmaden hel tip top. Alt i alt god oplevelse med fantastisk personale!

Det var lidt for vildt at man skulle op og ned ad 200 trappetrin for at komme til hotellet. Medarbejderen Tareq hjalp os med kufferter og vi kan kun forestille os hvor hårdt det må være for ham, vi håber virkelig de giver ham en god løn, for han var virkelig sød. Vi kunne ønske os en elevator til ejendommen samt at hoteller kunne tilbyde en shuttle eller golf shuttle til hotellets gæster, når man skulle ind til byen, det ville løfte det hele til tip top, da vi følte det var en struggle at komme op ad de stejle trapper hver gang man skulle ud af hotellet. Egentlig var hotellet tæt beliggende på Amalfi men pga vejenes snoning og op ad bakke var det ikke så tilgængeligt da man ikke kunne regne med de offentlige busser og taxa kostede 50 dollars for 5 minutters kørsel, hvilket var helt gakket. Hvis hotellet kunne tilbyde golf shuttle til og fra byen så ville det helt klart være et kæmpe løft. Vores værelse var lidt lille og indelukket og lyset var lidt gulligt på værelset. På trods af disse bemærkninger syntes vi det alt i alt var et dejligt ophold!
