Facilities are not good enough. For example was not toothpaste.

Lage fast direkt an der Oper mit erstklassiger Verkehrsanbindung, damit ideal für Theaterbesucher. Frühstück ganz in Ordnung, wenn man davon absieht, dass die Servicekraft rauchend im Hof stand statt Kaffee zu bringen.

Trotz anderer Beschreibung war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Die Information dazu kam erst nach meiner Anreise. Ich musste mich über die Notfalladresse durchfragen um an den Code für Türöffnung und Zimmer zu kommen. Erst beim dritten Mitarbeiter war ich dabei erfolgreich. In Summe bin ich eine knappe Stunde vor der Tür gestanden. Die Online-Anmeldung hat auch nicht funktioniert.

Der Zwang mit Karte zu bezahlen, schkiesslichbist Bargeld ein gesetzliches Zahlungsmittel.

Staff, breakfast, location all good.

The room was really small, with nowhere (not even a hook on the door) to put clothes.

Very good location, right in the city centre. It is not alot to look at on the outside and a little tired on the inside however the manager was excellent, very friendly. Had a single room and was a bit of a squeeze however the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Do not expect too much however absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel
