Komazin

A large apartment with a beautiful balcony view, just a small 10-15 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hvar. Host was very friendly, nice, and attentive - he came to pick us up from the Ferry terminal, and gave us many good suggestions for our stay - we highly recommend him as a host! We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere being just outside of the busy section of town, so the place was a perfect choice for us.

Thank you so much to Andro who went above and beyond! Despite the apartments being a bit away from the main part of Hvar, Andro collected us from the town after we arrived by ferry and also dropped our luggage back down to us in the town for getting a bus to Jelsa. Also gave us lots of tips and recommendations for the area. If you plan on sea kayaking out to the islands, the sailing club they leave from is just down the hill from Komazin. Also 2 supermarkets and restaurants close by which were really good and cheaper than those in the town. Nice stroll along the watersedge into town although may be a bit long for some (c20/25 minute walk). Also a lovely quieter cove/beach over the back of the apartments (c5 minute walk). Apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need

We were very happy with our stay in this apartment. Andro and his family are lovely people. Andro picked us up from the ferry, and gave us a good orientation to the apartment and the area. His brother drove us back to the ferry. Like most places in Croatia, there is a steep incline and many steps to get to the apartment. The reward is a quiet and peaceful stay, and a beautiful view from the large terrace.

What a great place to stay! Lots of space, equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, large balcony, free parking. Host was very pleasant and helpful. We even watched him coach his son's soccer team! Thanks for sharing your lovely city with us!

Our host, Andro, was wonderful and provided a relaxing atmosphere for us from the start. He had great recommendations for eating and places to see. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet! It even had a room safe. And he was able to provide us with our own parking space! We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Hvar.

The property is located in a very convenient location, 12min walk along the coast to the old town. It's on a slope and the host Andro is very nice to offer free pickup service from the ferry terminal.

Andro was an incredible host - superb communicator, and shared suggestions and gave us tips to ensure our departure and long drive back to Dubrovnik was more economical. The accommodation was incredible - beautiful view, big balcony, and probably the cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in. Don’t hesitate to book!

Andro went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Hvar. He picked us up from the ferry and explained all of the local attractions and provided a map and directions on how to get there. He also let us store our luggage with him after we checked out when we went to the beach and offered to drive the bags to the ferry. We recommend everyone stay with him if you have the chance.
