The apartment was in a perfect location to explore the old town, as well as being only a short walk from the metro and bridges to other parts of the city. It was easy to check in and out. The apartment itself was a wonderful, comfortable haven to return to after a day of exploring. It was good having the kitchen and a washing machine available. Not a problem for me but do be aware that it is up almost 60 steps, some of them quite steep, if mobility is an issue.

So the apartment was fab. A bit of a struggle getting the bags up and down the spiral staircase. Didn't want to leave it was so nice

This place was difficult to find. There is nothing to identify the place, no number, no sign, just a door. No lift therefore very difficult to get luggage to the third floor up the small, steep spiral staircase. Room itself was great - lovely and warm, all amenities. wi-fi available. Difficult to communicate if not local.

We felt cozy and ready to explore Vieux Lyon at the Apartment. We were close to the Market ( 5 minute ) and could pick up bread,cheese, olives,greens, fresh eggs ,hot chicken and potatoes and on and on depending on your interest. Our interests were met. We had breakfast each morning at the apt. -fab.... Exploring sites and walking about as well was easy. The places to eat dinner were outstanding.

The suite is beautifully renovated in a very old building. Sam and Vincent were extremely helpful.

Very spacious apartment in the old city of Lyon. Well equipped and comfortable. Stairs not for the faint hearted. Great support getting bags to room. Great recommendations of close by restaurants

Fantastic location in heart of "old Lyon" just steps from St. Jean, funiculaires, bridges, markets, etc. Refurbished apartment on 4th floor (= 3rd French) of more or less Renaissance building; stylishly done with handy kitchenette and plenty of comfy seating, more spacious than most hotels. One serious drawback for some people will be access: charming stone spiral staircase (no elevator) makes luggage a challenge (likewise rolling cases over the cobblestones to get to the building: no cars within a couple of blocks); but if you travel light or like climbing, this is a wonderful base for exploring the center of Lyon, sampling its fine food and shops, and all sorts of hanging out.
