The staff is super great! They make your life so easy! In places where you arrive with luggage and streets where is tough to walk or drive they just solve it! Location suuuper great! Strongly recommend it

"Friendly and comfortable."

The location was very good for exploring Siracusa. The staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful - carrying our ridiculously overstuffed luggage up the stairs to our room (and back down again). If you go, book far ahead and try to get one of the three sea view rooms. But, if you don’t - as we didn’t - you will still hear the surf as it pounds against the sea wall and you will enjoy your street view balcony. We were out and about exploring most of the time anyway. Ortigia is a very easy area to wander and enjoy.

The staff was very attentive and helpful! The helped me extend my stay when my plams changed, and the spa services were incredible. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who attended me, when I checked in, she let me know they upgraded my room for free! Loved the breakfast as well!

Right on the water, and easy to get to both walking and by car.

No elevator, which was tough on my 82 year old mother.
