La chambre est très grande, très confortable et très calme. Le déjeuner est excellent, très varié. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité. De l'hôtel on accède facilement à Chenonceaux, Chambord, Cheverny, Clos Lucé...

L'accueil de la propriétaire excellent. Intérieur chaleureux, cosy, décoration soignée. La prise de commande du dîner, par le chef, parfaite. repas excellent. Le service du dîner, parfait. SPA accueil et site très agréable. Petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avions choisi cet établissement, sentimentalement, pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Nous avons été enchantés. Nous avons été sensibles par la délicate attention du Chef et de Madame, au moment du dessert avec la décoration de nos assiettes. Merci M&F

"Prima verblijf in de Loirestreek"

Alles was keurig verzorgd, ruime en schone kamers, prima bedden, fijn balkon en mooie ligging. Het eten in het restaurant was prima. Het hotel is gelegen in een mooie centrale omgeving van waaruit je veel kan verkennen.

Hoewel alles perfect in orde was was de benadering soms wat gehaast en onpersoonlijk. Niet omdat het zo bedoeld was maar er zat gewoon te weinig rust in, vooral merkbaar in het restaurant. Het zit niet echt in de weg maar iets meer rust en aandacht kunnen de ervaringen merkbaar verbeteren denken wij.

Everything 100/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The owner poured so much love into every detail. For us, it feels like a home far away from home. A truly recommended stay for anyone visiting the Loire Valley.

"Newer part of hotel is lovely, book direct. Booking adds a load onto the booking that you don’t need to pay."

The new part of the hotel was excellent and the staff were spot on…

Booking.com overcharging me. On arrival we we placed in the old part of the hotel which was not great and then to see that of I booked directly I would have saved about 40% on cost. The hotel openly stated that Booking.com over charge to get extra cash. I was not happy and then the staff upgraded our room to the new part which gave fair value for the price paid. Why would I use booking.com to book anything if they just add a chunk onto a normal booking. The promise of discounts from booking through you is meaningless frankly.
