The hotel staff was really kind. The hotel was clean. Dinner at restaurant

The worst thing is the location. We wanted to take some beach holiday days and it was my fault that i didn't analyze the location. But i saw before picking the hotel, they wrote that we have free shuttle. We arrived at Nice-ville and asked them to pick us, they said that only we can take you from meeting point. When we went to the meeting point adress it was 2 minute walk to the hotel. So their shuttle is nothing for helping guests to come hotel. Otherwise there was city's free shutlle which helped us other days to go to the city centre. But the streets across which you should climb until the hotel seem dangerous specially at night. The staff was good enough but they didn't have opportunity to do much better for this situation. That's why think twice if you want to reserve this hotel.

I was there in July with my family of two smaller children. The rooms was great and very clean. The service was at the highest level throughout our visit from all staff. I am a very demanding customer in regards to food and restaurants, but this place had a very high level of service and the menu was very exiting compared to many traditional restaurants in the south of France. The food an wine list was exellent. Will definately go here again soon and will recommend it to all my friends.

Erg warm, en een airco die regelmatig afslaat en niet de gehele kamer kan verkoelen. Begrijpelijk, want in zo'n mooi gebouw kan dit ook niet. Maar misschien losse airco's aanbieden als optie.

Enjoyed the experience of staying in this 13th century medieval village. Hotel staff were kind and very helpful. Very service oriented. We splurged on dinner at the hotel. Awesome views and the meal was truly 5 stars..!! We did breakfast one morning at the hotel restaurant and that was not worth the $78 in US Dollars at all. It was good but for the amount of food at that price and it just being breakfast was not worth it. Menu was not clear at all. Last thing to be aware of is the parking. Do pay attention to the parking notes if you are driving but this is to be expected with staying in a 13th century village. Overall we had a Wonderful stay and enjoyed going to the top of the village for the views and enjoying the sunsets with dinner at the restaurants up there. We would stay here again.

The amazing views, the staff, and the design of the hotel. The small village was very cute, and everyone was truly welcoming.

The double bed was not tied together, which meant that it separated during sleep.

We had a wonderful stay and the views were just awesome and the splurge for dinner at the restaurant was worth it. Dinner was perfect as well as the views. The staff were great & very helpful. Do be mindful of parking disclosure from the hotel. You do need to be in shape for doing a lot of walking which is to be expected with staying in a 13th century medieval village.

Beautiful and charming décor, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast on the terrace, magnificent views of Nice and surrounding area.

Car parking is not at the hôtel. There is parking below the Château. You have to call the hôtel and they will send a driver to come get you.

The place is gorgeous! We spent 2 nights at the hotel, had a lot of fun! The staff is mega responsive, they solve any problem, give advice, book the places you ask for. The restaurant was delicious, we had dinner. Very atmospheric. The feeling that you live in a castle. Breakfasts are good, everything is delicious and everything is fresh. The town where the hotel is located is a fairy tale!
