schöner Kurort, gutes Hotel, gutes Frühstück

Zimmer groß, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber von der Ausstattung her völlig in Ordnung, alles sehr sauber, Bad etwas eng für ein Mehrbettzimmer, aber gut ausgestattet. Das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und hochwertig mit Augenmerk auf Gesundheit und vollwertige Aufstriche und Lebensmittel (frischer Obstsalat, Kräuterquark frisch,... Außer uns keine Familie anwesend, aber trotzdem fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Ein Highlight ist der Pool und die Sauna im Keller. Wellness von uns nicht genutzt. Würde ich gerade für ein Alleinwochende oder Wellness mit Freundin wieder buchen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Parkplätze findet man ausreichend vor den Hotelgebäuden. In Autobahnnähe, Bad Wörishofen-Card für Nahverkehr, Vergünstigungen,... war inklusive.

The hotel was nice but then we paid for a roll-away bed that was almost impossible to sleep on.

Würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen wenn ich in der Region bin. Als Geschäftsreisender habe ich viele Hotels gesehen. Dieses Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch gut.

Das Hotel war sauber und der Service gut. Nicht gefallen, hat mir der fehlenden Kühlschrank und das harte Bett. Ansonsten war alles super.

Falsches Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten erhalten, trotz Buchung eines Doppelzimmers über ebookers. Launisches Frühstückspersonal.

Schönes Landhotel! Alles bestens, Hotel nicht top-neu, aber alles sehr gepflegt und freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber und geräumig, Pool größer als der Hotel-Durchschnitt mit optimalen Zeiten (24h), Frühstück auch sehr vielfältig, komme gerne wieder

When my regular hotel in bad worishofen was full, I trusted Expedia's reviews about this hotel and was certainly not disappointed. Even though my flight was late and reception closes at night, I had no issues checking in after hours. A bigger than average room with a nice balcony. For the early birds there is even the option to practice yoga in the morning and relax on the spa with sauna and swimming pool. I haven't seen a friendlier staff anywhere else in the area, people that work here are happy, professional and helpful all the time. The location is perfect because it's really close to the park, 2 mins to city center and about 5 minutes drive to the therme. Excellent free wifi. Great breakfast. Free parking.

Leider hat mir das Hotel nicht den Eindruck von 4 Sternen vermittelt. Das vermeintliche " Superior " Zimmer war auch nicht der Burner. Wellnessbereich im Keller sehr verschachtelt und schlecht beschrieben.

I stayed with my family here for a short mid-week break. On arrival the lady receptionist kept us waiting whilst looking busy, she did not mention breakfast times or where any of the facilities were. Even in the morning she couldn't even greet us with a good morning. The hotel for me was good, I enjoyed the pool area and the fitness room. The "comfort" room was big and clean, but I missed the bar which would have been nice to get a beer, which was advertised to be open until 21:00 in the hotel A-Z. The hotel seemed to be closed from 20:00. Breakfast was reasonable, but on both mornings we were bothered by several flies. Overall the place was great but a little improvement in customer service would have improved our experience, I may return to the place September, but will seek alternative hotel options.
